Shipping costs are €5.99 for Belgium to a post office or parcel machine. This shipping option is free with purchases from €100.
Shipping costs are €6.99 for Belgium to a home address. This shipping option is free with purchases from €125.
Shipping costs are €9.99 for the Netherlands, France, Germany and Luxembourg. This shipping option is free with purchases from €150.
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 working days via Bpost. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your track-and-trace code so that you can always check the status of your package online. Not at home when your order is delivered? Then set your delivery preferences yourself via the Bpost website.
Pick up in Roeselare
Would you rather pick up your order? That is also possible! You can pick up at our collection point in Roeselare on Wednesdays and Fridays (Delaerestraat 6A).
You can only pick up by appointment (by email [email protected]). Without an appointment we cannot guarantee that someone will be present to hand over your order.
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem!
Returns can be made free of charge* or at your own expense within 14 working days.
How to return?
1. Go to 'my account'
2. Click on 'my orders'
3. Choose from which order you wish to return your item(s).
4. Click on 'return items'
5. Indicate your item(s) you wish to return
6. Choose the return reason
7. Choose the return action
8. Submit the form
Do you choose a voucher as return action? Then we will send you a return label to return your product(s) for FREE. You will receive the purchase amount back within 14 working days in the form of a voucher.
Do you choose refund as return action? Then you create a return label yourself at your own expense. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 working days after receipt of your return.
Returns are possible within 14 days if the product(s) are undamaged, unwashed, unworn and provided with original tags. These 14 days start as soon as we have handed over the package to Bpost. We can only handle returns if the complete return form is completed and enclosed with the return shipment.
Please note: sales, swimwear, accessories and gift vouchers cannot be exchanged/returned!
- The item can be returned within 14 days.
- The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- Tags must still be attached to the item.
- We cannot accept items and products with make-up or other stains on them.
- Sales, swimwear, accessories and gift vouchers may not be exchanged/returned.
- Return form must be completed in full.
Returning items is at your own responsibility and risk. This does not apply if we have made a mistake or if there is something wrong with the delivered product. Do you opt for a refund? Then the return costs are also at your own responsibility.

If you do not enter an e-mail address, we do not know whether or not the return has been delivered and there is a good chance that you will receive the return via Bpost.

Would you rather exchange your item? Then send the item back. We will refund the amount to your account. If you want the item in a different size, you can order it again yourself via the webshop.
